+ Small Group Strength & Conditioning

6:00 AM: Mondays, Wednesday, Friday

5:30 PM: Tuesday, Thursday

These classes are built for adults and athletes looking to take on new challenges physically and mentally. These classes focus on proper squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and core engaged movements as well as higher intensity conditioning. These high energy classes will push you to new limits. You will learn how to properly move first in order to get strong and stay healthy. The conditioning portions of these classes with not only help you reach new fitness levels, but push you to new mental strengths as well.

+ Middle School Strength & Conditioning

These classes are made for any middle school athlete. If you want to become stronger, faster, or more explosive as an athlete, this is the program for you. This program focuses on acceleration, sprinting, jumping, squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and more. Each session is packed with movements to help you increase your athletic performance and coaching to make sure movements are perform correctly to help prevent injuries.

+ Personal Training

BY APPOINTMENT

One on one sessions with Coach Baker will help you meet your specific fitness or athletic goals. He will talk with you about what exactly you are looking for and together you will develop a plan to meet your goals. These sessions are meant for people who want/need a little more attention to detail or who want more specific programming.

+ Team Strength Training

Team Training Is Awesome. It’s Really Fun To See A Whole Team Come Together, Work Hard And See The Results During The Upcoming Season. I Often Encourage Teams To Get Together In The Offseason Or Preseason To Improve Their Strength And Speed. I Can Build A Custom Program That Is Sport Specific, It Reduces Individual Training Costs, You Learn From One Another, Build Better Relationships, And Everyone Is A Better Athlete Because Of It.
