WHO IS THIS CLASS GOOD FOR:

Middle School Athletes


These classes are made for any middle school Athlete. If you want to become stronger, faster, or more explosive as an athlete, this is the program for you. This program focuses on acceleration, sprinting, jumping, squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and more. Each session is packed with movements to help you increase your athletic performance and coaching to make sure movements are perform correctly to help prevent injuries.
