SMALL Group Strength & Conditioning

 
 

These classes are built for adults and athletes looking to take on new challenges physically and mentally. These classes focus on proper squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and core engaged movements. These high energy classes will push you to new limits. You will learn how to properly move first in order to get strong and stay healthy. The conditioning Aspect of Each class will not only help you reach new fitness levels, but push you to new mental strengths as well.

Class Times:

6:00 AM: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

5:30 PM: Tuesday, Thursday
