I had the pleasure of training with trainer Bro Baker a couple years ago as a high school athlete. When I started training with Bro, I could not squat or run due to a recent ACL tear. Because of the injury, I had also lost the majority of my strength in my legs. Bro worked with me to regain stability and strength, and after a winter of workouts I found myself faster and stronger than I was before the injury. Four months later I found myself competing in a state track meet! That's results! Bro has a great demeanor and I would recommend him to anyone of any age looking to improve his/her physical fitness. He puts a great emphasis on form, circuit training/full body exercises, core strength, and demonstrates a vast knowledge of workouts and exercises. 5/5 stars.
